At Timex ReWound, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
